The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of a portfolio of BTR sites, managing a team and managing client relationships.
Overview
- Job title: BTR Portfolio Manager
- Location: Hybrid (London + travel across the UK as required)
- Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities of the Portfolio Manager include:
- Line management of site staff.
- Oversee reporting and budgeting.
- Lead on mobilising new sites.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors and other parties.
- Manage compliance and H&S.
- Escalated complaint handling.
- Carry out regular site inspections.
The person:
- Previous experience in BTR, experience managing on site staff.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Prior experience working closely with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
