We are seeking aProject Directorto lead and oversee the successful delivery of high-end residential projects in London and the surrounding area's. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects meet the highest standards, are delivered on time, and within budget. As Project Director, you will guide teams, manage client relationships, and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities of theProject Director:
  • Project Oversight: Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Leadership: Guide project managers and teams to achieve objectives.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify risks, mitigate issues, and secure all legal permits.
