Are you a Project Director experienced in large-scale construction projects? We are hiring for a Project Director to over see a large mixed-use project in North West London.
You will have operational control over the development, ensuring seamless execution from procurement to completion. You will be responsible for health & safety, project sequencing, supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement. This is a senior leadership role, demanding a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the development industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams, including recruitment and chairing key meetings.
- Oversee third-party management and ensure all agreements are in place.
- Ensure compliance with planning obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement construction sequencing and logistics strategies.
- Manage procurement strategies and oversee the tendering process.
- Forecast project costs, develop budgets, and mitigate risks.
- Drive design leadership from planning through to completion.
- Ensure full implementation of a quality assurance system.
- Liaise with funders, investors, and partners, preparing external reports.
- Administer project change control and develop a handover management plan.
- Collaborate with customer care teams to ensure client satisfaction.
