4Site are currently seeking an experienced High-End Residential Project Manager on behalf of our prestigious client, a leading firm specializing in luxury residential properties. This is a high-profile opportunity for a highly skilled professional to manage the delivery of exceptional, multimillion-dollar residential projects from concept through to completion.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of world-class residential developments, ensuring the highest standards of quality, design integrity, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with elite architects, designers, and contractors to bring the client’s vision to life while managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of high-end residential projects, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial design and planning through to construction, finishes, and final handover.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful delivery of projects without compromising on quality or design integrity.

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure that projects are on track and any issues are proactively addressed.

• Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, local building codes, and client specifications.

• Foster a relationship of trust and transparency with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their vision is realized.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing multimillion-dollar budgets and complex, luxury residential developments.

• Strong understanding of luxury residential design and construction processes, including high-end finishes, materials, and intricate details.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).

• A degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
