About the Role:

The company has secured a prestigious two-and-a-half-floor CAT B fit-out project within a finance building in Canary Wharf. As the main contractor, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and successfully deliver this high-profile project.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all specialist trade packages, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, program management, and communication skills to effectively manage the project team and client expectations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the fit-out project from inception to completion.
  • Oversee all specialist trade packages and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using programme management software.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out and interiors sector.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects for main contractors, ideally within the finance sector.
  • Proficiency in programme management software and IT systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
