Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Chiswick, W4
Salary: OTE £42k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a job for an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated property Sales Negotiator at an independent Estate Agency with offices in the Chiswick area.
You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property and the ability to perform well in a highly competitive property market.
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered.
You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.Â
A full UK driving licence and car are essential and the role would ideally suit a candidate who has some previous experience so that they can dive straight in!Â
