- Manage and negotiate property sales from start to finish, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Conduct property viewings, valuations, and generate new business.

- Work closely with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends in Wimbledon Village and surrounding areas.
- Provide clients with accurate market insights and property recommendations.
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, with a strong sales track record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach to sales.
- Knowledge of the Wimbledon Village property market (desirable).
- Full UK driving license (required for car allowance).
- Competitive salary of £28,000, including car allowance.
- OTE of £60,000, based on performance.
