Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower and Lead: Manage and mentor a team of Client Experience Assistants,  cleaners, handymen, and contractors. Your leadership will ensure that daily operations are efficient and effective.
  • Enhance Operations: From overseeing office decorations to executing strategic office moves, your operational acumen will keep our centre running smoothly.
  • Build Community: Engage with our clients and organise events that not only enhance their satisfaction but also foster a sense of belonging.
