TRIbuild is seeking a Mechanically biased MEP Manager for a leading developer in Central London with a salary range of £85,000 to £95,000 plus a package.
The role involves closing out approximately £1 million worth of mechanical and electrical work before starting pre-construction on the next two phases of an 8-year scheme.
Candidates must possess relevant industry qualifications in Mechanical, an SMSTS certification, and commissioning experience.
Strong pre-construction experience is required, particularly in taking projects from Stage 3 Design and delivering MEP projects valued at £15 million or more.
Experience with either a main contractor or Tier 1 sub-contractor, along with skills in procuring sub-contractors and chairing design meetings, is essential.

TRIbuild are currently recruiting a Mechanically biased MEP Manager for a leading developer for an 8 year scheme in Central London. There is currently circa 1m worth of M&E to close out the current phase. Then pre-construction will start on the next 2 phases.
