- Ideally you will have experience working in the NHS ideally within IT & Digital or relevant public sector organisations
o Design (in conjunction with the resident Commercial Lead) and deliver the 'Buyer Enablement’ function for General Practice IT - reviving and extending the previous service within the team.
o Working as Buyer Enablement Lead, alongside the National Procurement Hub, plan and support the national cycles of regional procurement that result from Framework let activity (associated with the Primary Care Access Recovery Plan), encompassing;
o Digital Pathways Framework
o Foundation Class solutions Framework
o Tech Innovation Framework
o Primary Care Support Solutions DPS
o Working with the Buying Catalogue Team, ensure that 'market presentation’ within the Buying Catalogue / Marketing Pages is effectively structured and complete.
o Working with the Commercial BAU teams in order to improve contract and listing mobilizations
