Procurement Administrator | 3 months + | Temp | London | £23 - £24 p/hr Temp

For a leading international human rights charity in London, we're recruiting a temporary Procurement Administrator to support the Financial Controller with creating a preferred supplier list for all entities in the organisation. There will be a range of procurement administration duties around this project, including liaising with all existing and potential suppliers, receiving information from questionnaires, and other due diligence checks, with the goal of providing an oversight of what contracts are in place, and where the risks are.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reviewing all current supplier and purchase data from the finance system to identify regular suppliers, and regularly purchased suppliers and services / categories
  • Liaising with all commonly used suppliers to undertake information gathering and establish suitability for inclusion in a preferred supplier listing (PSL)
  • Establishing which contracts are out of date or pending expiration
  • Creating a PSL database and update processes for contract review and renewal
  • Reviewing all contracts held, adding live contracts to contracts register and work with all budget holders to ensure up-to-date contracts are in place for current work

What you'll offer us:

  • Ideally experience providing contracts and procurement administration support
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and controls
  • Experience of purchase orders, invoice processing, and using computerised purchasing systems
  • Good Excel and Share Point experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work hybrid 2 -3 days per week in the London office.
