Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the Southwark area who are looking for a highly skilled Repairs Contracts Officer/Administrator to join their team.

They are looking for an experienced Administrator who is experienced in Repairs Administration.

• Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Be confident using IT, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Be a strong communicator, comfortable speaking with customers via phone
• Be proactive and use your initiative to solve problems
• Have a customer focused approach and share our passion for providing an excellent customer experience.

The Role:

You will manage a variety of tasks relating to damp & mould case management including reviewing and updating damp and mould cases using our internal systems, contacting residents to ensure issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the works that have been completed and arranging and co-ordinate quality inspections
