Senior Quantity Surveyor - Brickwork and Blockwork Specialist

Location: Abbey WoodSalary: £70,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience)Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in brickwork and blockwork to join the team in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a £10,000,000 brickwork package project in Abbey Wood, making a significant impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all cost-related aspects of the brickwork project, ensuring it stays on budget.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and financial reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to optimize resources.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:
