We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Shift Technician to join a dynamic team based a stones throw away from Hyde Park. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary between £58,000 - £65,000 and the chance to work with high-voltage (HV) systems in a fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Shift Technician, you will be working in a 2-man shift team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical systems. This position offers a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, providing an excellent work-life balance while maintaining the opportunity for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in the maintenance and operation of HV systems.
- Work as part of a dedicated 2-man shift team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to any faults or breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage and prioritise tasks during shift operations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shift Technician with a strong background in HV systems.
- MUST HAVE VALID HV TICKET
- Ability to work efficiently within a shift team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
