Property Manager

Location: London SW11

Salary: £65,000 p.a.

Established, high end real estate and property management company based in the Chelsea/Pimlico area is looking for a Property Manager with experience of high-end real estate in Central London, to join their growing property management department and contribute to the continued success in one of London's most sought after residential areas.

Responsibilities of Property Manager:

  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants: Maintain clear and professional communication with both landlords and tenants to address their needs and concerns.
  • Meeting with the Head of Property Management: Regularly discuss property management issues and updates to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serving Required Notices: Ensure all legal notices are served accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet all regulatory standards.
  • Dealing with Deposit Returns: Manage the process of deposit returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and fairness to all parties.
  • Chasing Rental Arrears: Proactively follow up on late payments and work to resolve any issues related to rental arrears.
  • Handling Maintenance Issues: Coordinate and oversee property maintenance to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Skills Required for Property Manager:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager working on high end real estate in London.
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems, ideally Reapit.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
