Our client, an award-winning property developer, are looking to add to their in-house block management team and are subsequently seeking a knowledgeable and highly skilled property professional to manage part of their extensive mixed-asset portfolio.

The role will be centered around both team and portfolio management, leading the department and reporting to the business Directors, and also overseeing the portfolio that is externally managed.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing processes associated with property management functions
  • Management of a small team
  • Day to day oversight of the buildings and communal areas
  • Liaising with contractors and agents regarding maintenance and major works
  • Site visits to ensure good building condition, carrying out general inspections
  • Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
  • Overseeing service charge budgets across the portfolio

Key skills required:

  • Significant experience managing a leasehold portfolio
  • TPI Qualification
  • Strong customer service and attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projects, as well as budgeting
