Position: Receptionist (Commercial Real Estate)

Our client, a leading organisation in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in central London - Oxford Circus.

As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office, ensuring all guests and employees receive a warm welcome and excellent service.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and secure atmosphere by providing passes to new joiners and guests
  • Assist with room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared with refreshments and maintained in a clean and tidy condition
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals and addressing caller's needs effectively
  • Support the Office Manager with ordering office supplies, unpacking deliveries, and maintaining stock levels
  • Coordinate with the main reception/front desk regarding visitors and deliveries
  • Assist with office email communications and other administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail

Candidate Specification / Requirements:

  • Full-time, on-site commitment at our central London office - 5 full days in the office
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist is essential - 5 years ideally
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Approachable and friendly demeanour
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Thrives in a front-of-house, people-oriented role
  • Willingness to support colleagues with administrative tasks
