Previous Corporate / Legal Reception experience required

Our client, a leading client-focused law firm with offices across the UK, is seeking a professional, warm and proactive receptionist to work at their prestigious HQ in London. Our client is at the forefront of customer services, so we are looking for candidates who can provide a professional, personable and seamless front of house experience to all internal and external guests.

As the interface of the company, we are looking for candidates who are polished in appearance, professional and can demonstrate high levels of customer service. Our ideal candidate will have some professional front-of-house experience in a corporate environment, and you must bea confident communicator with fluent English.

Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner on arrival
  • Answering all calls, internal and external, in a professional manner.
  • Proactively working with the Events / Marketing team to plan, set up and host events.
  • Liaising with colleagues to book and set up internal and client meetings.
  • Ordering and preparing the catering for in house lunches and meetings.
  • Maintaining stock levels and supplies within meeting rooms.
  • Monitoring Meeting rooms and always keeping them refreshed and tidy.
  • Preparing new starter passes and forms.
  • Managing taxi and internal travel bookings.
  • Administrative duties.

Salary will be based on experience.
