Receptionist - SEN school - Temporary until end of October half term - North London

Are you a friendly and organised individual with previous Receptionist experience? Look no further!

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Receptionist who can work until October half term. You would be working at a special needs school based in North London.

This special needs school are dedicated to supporting young individuals with autism and specialise in being able to adapt teaching styles to better suit each pupil's needs, ensuring all students can gain a great sense of achievement and unlock their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, provide information to parents and students.
  • Deal with enquiries with a helpful and professional manner
  • To ensure that staff, students and visitors use school protocols when signing in and out and issue visitor passes as required
  • Ensure the reception area is kept tidy, calm and welcoming to visitors at all times

Person Specification:

  • Friendly and helpful manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • The ability to communicate information accurately, clearly and as intended.

This special needs school is located only a 6 minute cycle away from the nearest tube station or a 15 minute walk, making the compute to work easily accessible.
