Ongoing Temp Receptionist
A super exciting positon has arisen for a high quality Temp Receptionist within a global, high end, corporate organisation with stunning offices in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Temp receptionist to join a highly respected, global investment company working within a team alongside one other. The role is an ongoing ad hoc position to cover sickness and holidays therefore the hours required will vary from month to month. With 2 shift patterns (7.30 -16.00) and (9.30-18.00) the successful candidate will be flexible to do either shift depending on needs.
The role entails providing a first class meet and greet service, managing a busy meeting room diary, booking meetings, liaising with housekeeping for any catering needs and IT for any IT requirements.
This role suit will suit an individual who has previous customer service experience perhaps from a retail or hospitality background, is a real people person who enjoys creating a welcoming environment for professional visitors, someone with high standards, strong knowledge of Outlook and who works well in a team and is able to do both a 7.30am or 9.30am start depending on shift.
