Receptionist Administrator - Leading IP firm - London Bridge

Taylor Root is working on new role with a leading IP law firm as they looking to hire a Receptionist Administrator for their London office.

The Firm

This firm is a leading IP firm that has a fantastic reputation for their fast-paced environment and friendly and supportive culture. They are regularly recognized in various legal directories for being a top ranked law firm and have fantastic people with a good sociable atmosphere whilst maintaining a professional environment.

The Role

You will be working as part of a lean administration team, with the main purpose is to ensure all contacts encounter the best possible experience at the firms' offices. This will include answering telephone calls, being the first point of contact with existing, overseeing diary management, general administration, supporting social media platforms and organising events for the office.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have some experience as a receptionist/administrator with an independent approach to work, a natural flair with people and exceptional planning & organisation skills.
