Looking for a receptionist with a minimum of 2 years reception experience within a professional service background. This role is extremely busy and will require an individual with prior receptionist experience.

Pay Rate: £16.00 p/h

Hours: 08:30-17:30

Duration: 3-months

You will be required to:

Manage a busy switchboard with a large amount of ongoing phone calls.
Managing reception and scheduling the meeting rooms and keeping them tidy.
Keeping the office maintained by being there to make coffees and teas also.
Inbox and Diary Management.
All ad hoc tasks, personal and administrative.
