About the Role: In this position, you will be the welcoming face of a professional office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a positive experience for visitors and colleagues alike. The role requires a proactive individual who can confidently manage reception duties, coordinate meeting room arrangements, and assist with a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering a polished and efficient front-of-house experience for all visitors.
• Managing meeting room bookings, preparing facilities, and ensuring everything is set up to high standards.
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure adequate stocks of office essentials and facilities are maintained.
• Assisting with travel arrangements, event logistics, and accommodation bookings.
• Managing reception security protocols and acting as the primary point of contact for building security.
• Supporting health and safety processes, including acting as a Fire Warden or First Aider if required.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Handling administrative duties including purchase order processing, file management, and data entry.
• Coordinating facility maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a corporate reception or office support role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and compliance would be advantageous.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to assist in various tasks.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with booking systems preferred.
