We are working with a membership organisation based in Central London, who are seeking a Meeting and Hospitality Co-ordinator to join their busy team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The main duties of the Meeting and Hospitality Co-ordinator role include:

  • To respond to members dining enquiries, confirming bookings, allocating rooms and preparing event briefing documents
  • Monitor online bookings
  • Producing weekly reports
  • Working closely with the caterer on menu options, dietary requirements, seating plans and finalising event details
  • Updating the room booking system
  • Advising on dining plans
  • Invoicing and assisting management with financial tasks

The role would suit someone with excellent organisation and administrative skills as well as the ability to prioritise and deal with last minute changes. You will need to be a strong communicator with proven experience of working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

You will pride yourself on delivering only the highest level of customer service and this role, will allow you to bring your own ideas and creativity to the table.
