THE ROLE:
- Team leadership and development, including managing, mentoring, and appraising team members
- Operational oversight
- Issue resolution, including investigating and managing project escalation and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve client satisfaction and performance
- Process and policy enhancement
- Client service optimization
- Administrative management
Projects may include;
- Programming
- Intricate sampling
- International
- Translations
- Patients
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years market research experience
- 3+ years medical research project management experience
- Quant management experience
- Line management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
