Hybrid - London

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Contact Centre division.

About the Role: As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product, ensuring alignment with business and Tribe goals throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with overarching business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, including business owners, engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities
  • Create detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure that development work meets the defined requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working with squads to deliver product increments iteratively
  • Must have experience in creating the vision, strategy and roadmaps for a technical product (ideally within Contact Centre)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders
  • Confident and experience in managing and working with diverse stakeholders - co-creating with them
