Two More Beers, a vibrant new pub and restaurant venue in London - Angel, is looking for a talented Bar Manager.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar managerto provide an excellent guest drinking experience. The right candidate should be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceedcustomers needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support General Management: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Help manage and motivate bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
- Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Engage with customers, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Staff Training: Assist in training new hires and ongoing staff development to maintain a knowledgeable and skilled team.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve drinks according to company standards, contributing to an innovative and appealing beverage menu.
- Compliance: Ensure the bar adheres to all health and safety regulations, as well as licensing requirements.
- Financial Assistance: Support the General Manager in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and achieving sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Help manage and motivate bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.

- Helping the General manager to run the venue and running some shiftson your own.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a bar or hospitality environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in staff training and development.
- Beverage Knowledge: Good understanding of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beer, with a passion for the beverage industry.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification: Relevant certifications in food safety, alcohol service, or management are preferred.
