We're looking for a Catering Supervisor to join our client's dynamic Front of House team.Salary: Up to £35k (based on experience & interview performance)Location: London (office-based, 5 days a week)Hours: 7 am-4 pm / 8 am-5 pm shiftsWhat You’ll Do:
  • Oversee catering operations, from meeting room setups to staff lunches (50-200 daily meals)
  • Manage supplier relationships & food safety standards
  • Plan resources, shifts & VIP event catering
  • Maintain high service levels & proactively improve processes
What You Bring:
  • Strong hospitality background (hotel, restaurant, or corporate)
  • Team leadership & supplier management experience
  • Food Hygiene Level 2+ & fine dining knowledge
