My Client has a successful site in Central London for which they are now looking for a Manager to run as a concession.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the business from ordering stock, to employing staff, to managing all aspects of the P+L.

The area has a very high footfall of both locals and tourists and there is no significant local competition.

You will be an experienced Deli/ bakery/ Sandwich Shop manager or owner who is now looking build a great, upmarket, Deli experience.

Previous ownership of a business is not necessary but an in-depth understanding of the P+L is.
