Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary arts, with proven leadership skills to effectively manage our restaurant operations. Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained.
  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events and menu items.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
  • Strong culinary background with experience in food preparation and kitchen management is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership, with excellent supervisory skills.
  • Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers alike.
