The Role

As one of Londons most anticipated new openings, this beautiful lifestyle hotel is located in affluent Kensington. With 100+ bedrooms, high-end restaurant and unique spaces for small events and private dining, this is a really exciting time to be joining the team.

Reporting into the hotel manager and responsible for exceeding guest expectations across all areas of Food & Beverage, this is a hands on role that could suit an experienced hotel restaurant manager looking to take a step up.

The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for;

Ensuring service standards across the restaurant, bar, room service and events
Training and developing a team
Cultivating a wine and beverage menu to compliment dishes
Managing back of house procedures including stock, ordering and liaising with purchasing to ensure cost effective management of this area.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role, candidates should come from a similar level luxury hotel background and have extensive knowledge of F&B operations. This role is an ideal step up for a Restaurant Manager who comes with relevant 5* experience, wine knowledge and a proven ability at leading and developing their team.
