  • The National Account Manager Hospitality role is ideal for a self starter who has experience of managing national accounts within the hospitality sector
  • Home based role but ideally based London/South as will need to be in Head office 1 day a week (East London)

The role:

  • As National Account Manager Hospitality you will take responsibility for a large pub group and will have full responsibility for shaping and delivering successful JBPs and Promotional Strategies as well as managing account budgets and investment.
  • Having responsibility for commercial negotiations the National Account Manager Hospitality will have full P&L ownership for customers and will be focused on building long lasting relationships with buyers and other contacts within accounts
  • In the role the National Account Manager Hospitality will maintain a deep understanding of your accounts, their shoppers and strategy to identify opportunities for growth through successful activation and distribution gains.

Ideal candidate:

  • You will currently be an upward curve National Account Manager ideally but not essentially with hospitality experience, this can be in food or drink FMCG. Also open to candidates with delivery aggregator experience such as Deliveroo and Uber Eats
  • It is essential that you can demonstrate a passion for national accounts and a flair for commerciality along with fantastic negotiation skills
  • Working as part of a team you must have excellent relationship building skills you will be able to communicate and influence with stakeholders.
  • As National Account Manager Hospitality you must have good insight and data analysis skills and be able to action opportunities to drive profit
  • You will have excellent planning and organization skills and will be able to work independently on your own initiative, a self-starter with can-do attitude
