Position: Restaurant Floor Manager

Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience

-Lead and manage the front-of-house team, providing training, guidance, and motivation to maintain high service standards

-Ensure the dining area is impeccably set and maintained, reflecting the restaurant's refined ambiance and style

-Greet and interact with guests, addressing any inquiries, feedback, or concerns with professionalism and grace

-Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

-Monitor and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover to optimize efficiency

-Uphold and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards

-Assist in the development and implementation of service protocols and training programs

-Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly, striving to resolve them to the guest's satisfaction

-Support the General Manager in achieving operational and financial goals

Requirements:

-Previous experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or in a supervisory role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment

-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and best practices

-Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, maintaining a professional demeanour

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to excellence

-Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards

-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as require
