Following the success of Nela Amsterdam, were bringing our celebrated concept to London andare now looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor and set the tone from day one.

Nela means pure.

We celebrate live-fire cooking, high-quality ingredients, and meaningful connections. Our warm, design-led space invites guests to gather around the fire and share good food and drink with friends.

Your Role

As Restaurant Manager, youll take full responsibility for the daily operation of the dining room. Youll lead a passionate team, deliver warm, attentive service, and create a welcoming, high-performance culture.

What You Will Do

Work Closely with the GM and Operations Director
Deliver a world-class guest experience, every day
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team through service and beyond
Set and uphold service standards across the restaurant
Be present and approachable with both guests and the team
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development
Manage rotas, floor plans, reservations, and daily briefings
Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth operations
Handle feedback with care and find smart solutions
Contribute to a culture built on respect, learning, and positivity

What You Bring

Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a high-end setting
Knowledge of Wines
Experience with managing teams of 40+ FOH
A true people person calm, confident, and hands-on
Strong communication and team leadership skills
A natural host who understands the power of great service
Full UK work rights is a must
Pre-opening experience is a plus
