Job Description:

In the role, you will drive operational efficiency and exceptional service by leading strategies, coaching the team, and leveraging technology to enhance the guest experience.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure efficient operations for teams and guests
  • Manage Operations functions, including reviews, coaching, and professional development
  • Oversee NPS performance and guest feedback, acting as an escalation point when needed
  • Ensure compliance with ATOL/ABTOT and Package Travel Regulations, training the team on requirements
  • Manage timely, accurate guest documentation in line with KPIs
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across the business
  • Foster collaboration between Operations and Sales to drive accuracy and innovation
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to improve guest satisfaction and operational accuracy
  • Align operations with sales, marketing, product, and finance for seamless integration
  • Analyse bookings to optimise resource allocation during peak periods
  • Support operational planning, including headcount and financial targets
  • Address day-to-day sales operational needs and promote continuous improvement
  • Act as Crisis Management Team scribe during critical events
  • Handle ad-hoc and special projects as required
