Financial Accountant Vacancy Luxury Retailer 33K Salary plus Bonus plus study HYBRID 3/2Nearest Station: Bond Street Duties Include: Main Responsibilities: AP

  • AP third party and intercompany invoices posting
  • Staff expenses posting
  • Accurate preparation and completion of payment run to suppliers
  • Post payments on AP to match off outstanding invoices
  • Send payment remittances to suppliers
  • Intercompany recharges invoicing AR
  • Weekly department store reconciliation - reconcile figures between department store reporting
  • Reconcile department store self-billing remittances and post on AR & AP
  • Review wholesale and boutiques Orbit sales reports and make any adjustments
  • Reconcile sales and credit notes from Orbit report to P&L
  • Review the ageing balance report and comment on department stores' balances GL/Closing
  • Reconcile stock and inventory reports to the trial balance figures and investigate discrepancies
  • Credit notes reconciliation between Orbit and Oracle from intercompany
  • Review trial balance for errors and make respective adjustments
  • Boutiques deposits reconciliation between Oracle and CEGID
  • Complete prepayments schedules, calculations and journals posting
  • Monthly financial & indicator report for Management including preparation of relevant reports
  • Monthly sales and open orders reportAdditional Responsibilities:
  • Quarterly stock report for HFM consolidation
  • Intercompany open balances confirmation
  • Support the interim and year-end audits to ensure and smooth and efficient process
  • Third party suppliers and staff enquiries
  • Support and complete ad-hoc requests from staff
  • Other requests from team members
