- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home weekly, working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, finishing at 4.30pm on Fridays

- Assist with the processing of invoices and customer invoicing
- Provide customers with copies of invoices as required
- Investigate missing invoices and respond to customer queries
- Upload customer invoices to the system
- Monitor the finance email inbox and handle enquiries efficiently
- Update customer payment information on the system
- Cash cheques and provide cover for team members
- Minimum Grade C in Maths and English GCSEs
- Some work experience within a finance or accounting function
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
