- Assist with processing payments in line with Equity, Musicians’ Union, and Scriptwriters’ Union agreements for both primary and secondary exploitation.
- Support payments to contributors across a range of productions.
- Help set up payment structures for third-party productions, including contract numbering and linking contracts to relevant programmes.
- Maintain and update artiste/agent records and contracts within the payments system.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve payment queries, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Assist with system development and process improvement initiatives within the Talent Payments team.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Strong numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Methodical and organised approach to work.
- Ability to interpret talent union agreements.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate potential issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in a production environment.
- Previous exposure to talent union agreements.
