The Role – HLTA
As an HLTA, you will be responsible for providing support in the primary school’s SEN Unit, working closely with the students to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your main duties will include leading small group interventions, offering one-to-one academic support, and helping to manage the classroom environment. You will assist in both academic and social development, working with a variety of students, including those who require extra support in subjects like Maths and English. You will also play a key role in helping students develop their social skills and integrate more fully with their peers.
