A Behaviour Mentor is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London.


This Behaviour Mentor position will be full time and long term with scope to go permanent.


The school is seeking a Behaviour Mentor that has strong behaviour management skills, good all round subject knowledge and the ability to multitask effectively.


If appointed as a Behaviour Mentor, you will be expected to support two Year 7 male pupils on a 1:1 basis.


The rates of pay for this Behaviour Mentor post will be between 82.14 to 130 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.


The School


A Free School, located in the London Borough of Greenwich, created from what was a former University Technical College.


The site is located between two scenic green spaces.


Pupil intake is for boys and girls aged 11 to 19 year olds.


Construction and Engineering are the specialisms of the school. They are the only local providers of courses with access to these opportunities.

The Sixth Form has its own dedicated centre which includes; a lecture theatre, sports hall, multi-use atrium, dining space and classrooms.


Requirements

You will be considered if you're a recent Graduate or experienced Behaviour Mentor.

Applications are also welcome if you are a British trained Behaviour Mentor or overseas trained Behaviour Mentor.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Behaviour Mentor:

* Right to work in the UK
* Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
* UK Bachelor's Degree or an overseas equivalent
* Experience or working with children/young people or as a Behaviour Mentor in UK schools
