About the Role
As a Support Worker, your role will be essential in helping clients adjust to life at home and live independently. You will provide compassionate care, encourage self-sufficiency, and be a trusted support during their recovery. Some of your key responsibilities include:
• Travelling to clients’ homes to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Providing emotional and physical support, promoting self-care and life skills in a safe and empowering environment.
• Performing light housekeeping and supporting clients with their daily tasks.
• Recording and monitoring progress, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals who are:
• Kind, compassionate, and reliable, with a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
• Able to work alternate weekends or every weekend, with flexible shifts from 7 am – 2 pm or 4 pm – 10 pm.
• Comfortable with personal care tasks, such as bathing and toileting.
• Confident working alone or as part of a team, with a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
