Housing Support Worker - East & North LondonThis main purpose of the role will be to support individuals within their own homes, estimated caseload - 122 Days in office (Liverpool Street) and 3 days working across Barnet & East LondonMonday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pmTemp to perm£16.25ph PAYE, £21.23ph UmbrellaKey Responsibilities:

  • Support Service Users: Assess individual support needs, create safety plans, assist with housing applications, Housing Benefit claims, and rent payments.
  • Property Management: Ensure properties meet the Decent Homes Standard, address maintenance issues, and offer guidance on housing-related matters.

  • Competent ICT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) - internal systems training provided.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience with supporting individuals in their own homes
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Enhanced DBS holder
