Accountabilities• Provide a diverse range of support to this organisations elderly residents• Responsible for customer care across the organisation• Assist elderly residents in a range of activities to help manage their day-to-day lives• Provide physical support and personal care• Carry out a range of tenancy management activities• Mentor and support this organisations residents and carry out general administration activities

Candidate Requirements• Willingness to work in North London• Proven experience as a support worker within a housing or care environment• Proven experience in a similar position
