Reeson Education is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant for a fantastic 2-form entry primary school in Surrey Quays, London Borough of Southwark.

Job Title: Learning Support Assistant:
- Location: Surrey Quays - London Borough of Southwark
- Pay: 80 - 100 per day
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: At least July 2025

About the Role - Learning Support Assistant:
- Part-time position - 2 days per week
- Providing 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD, SEMH and behavioural needs
- Supporting the pupil's learning, engagement, and emotional regulation
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
- Creating a positive and structured learning environment
Requirements - Learning Support Assistant:
- Prior experience working with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
