Location: North and East London (can be based anywhere in London)
Rate: 24 per hour (temporary) / 42,000 per annum once permanent (negotiable)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (no call outs)

Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising tradespeople working on void property contracts.
- Monitoring and managing the schedule of works.
- Ordering and collecting materials as needed.
- Ensuring high standards of health and safety.
- Liaising with contract managers to support smooth project delivery.
Supervisor Requirements:
- Strong background in social housing repairs and maintenance.
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects on time.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
