Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Family Hubs Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a transformative programme focused on family support and early help services. This role involves managing multi-agency collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and implementing evidence-based services for families and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Family Hub Transformation Programme, aligning with national frameworks and local strategies.
  • Develop co-produced services for the 0-19 age range (up to 25 for SEND), ensuring stakeholder input.
  • Coordinate partnerships, manage resources, and ensure compliance with grant funding requirements.
  • Oversee workforce development, co-located services, and integrated practice across agencies.
  • Line manage a small team, driving performance and promoting equality and diversity in service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in programme and project management, ideally in local government or related sectors.
  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of early help frameworks, safeguarding, and legislative requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with financial acumen.
  • Flexibility to travel within the borough and work outside core hours when needed.
