We are seeking a Neighbourhood Manager with experience in housing associations to join our team. This role is based in our Kensington office and requires working both in the office and out in the local area. It is essential for the Neighbourhood Manager to deliver high standards of customer service and ensure the delivery of accessible, high-quality, and value-for-money services.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a high-quality experience every time.
  • Manage and be accountable for the service delivery in your designated neighbourhoods.
  • Make empowered decisions for your area while assessing and managing risks.
  • Maintain direct contact with customers through various means including digital platforms and phone.
  • Lead and support the local team to achieve set goals and uphold our service standards.
  • Hold others accountable for the services they deliver and ensure our promises to customers are fulfilled.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must have prior experience working within a housing association.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions confidently.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to manage and assess risks within the neighbourhoods.
  • Proficient in using digital communication platforms for customer interaction.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a mobile and office-based environment.
