Our Client Lambeth Council is looking for a Practitioner Manager to join their Adults with Learning Disabilities Team.

The Practitioner Manager will need to be a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England and have significant post qualifying experience. The PM will supervise up to 8 Social Workers/assessors in the Adult Learning Disabilities Team. The PM will ensure that statutory assessments and reviews are assigned and completed within expected performance targets and quality standards. The PM will participate in the Community Duty rota. The post holder must be proactive in promoting anti-discriminatory practices and supporting council policy.

What you need:

  • QSW Status - including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Right to work in the UK
