As a Spa Therapist, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to every client. Your expertise will not only ensure outstanding treatments but also help build meaningful relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business. You will conduct consultations, deliver bespoke treatments, and assist in recommending skincare products to elevate client results. Your role will be central in upholding the highest standards of the brand’s excellence.
Position: Spa Therapist
Salary: Up to £33,000
- 28 days holiday + public bank holidays
- £600 quarterly product allowance for personal use

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week on a rotational basis Mon-Sun)
** Part-time role also available - 24 hours per week- Mon-Sat on a rota - Salary: £24,000 **
Start Date: Immediate (dependent on notice period)

Requirements:
- 1-4+ years of experience as a beauty or spa therapist
- Minimum Level 3 beauty qualification or equivalent
- Strong passion for skincare and customer service excellence
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Retail or sales experience is a plus
