Learning Support Assistant - Year 1 Autism and Personal Care Support

Are you an empathetic and experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to make a difference? Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant:

  • Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, particularly with SEN or Autism.
  • Confidence in managing behaviour challenges with a calm and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build a positive rapport with children.
  • A patient and empathetic nature, with the resilience to handle dynamic situations.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through the agency.
